Celebrating the Annur Matric Class of 2025

At Annur Centre, each student’s journey represents a story of growth, perseverance, and the integration of knowledge with faith. The Centre is proud to celebrate the Matric students of 2025, who are now poised to enter the next chapter of their lives, equipped with academic knowledge, strong Islamic values, and a sense of purpose.

Achievements and New Beginnings

Reaching matriculation is a significant milestone. These students have demonstrated not only academic excellence but also the discipline, sincerity, and moral character that Annur seeks to instill in all its learners.

The achievements of this cohort reflect the Centre’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals capable of contributing positively to their communities. These students are a testament to the values of integrity, perseverance, and faith-based education that underpin Annur’s philosophy.

Dedication and Perseverance

The journey to completing Matric is one that requires considerable dedication. The students of the 2025 cohort have shown resilience in the face of academic challenges, balancing rigorous study with spiritual and personal growth.

Their success is not measured solely by examination results but also by the discipline, commitment, and reliance upon Allah that guided their efforts throughout their studies. The Annur community takes pride in supporting students who embody these qualities.

Knowledge Integrated with Faith

At Annur, education extends beyond academic achievement. The Centre ensures that students acquire both intellectual skills and ethical grounding, preparing them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and faith.

The 2025 Matric students have completed their studies equipped with both scholarly knowledge and spiritual awareness, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to society and uphold the principles of Islam in all aspects of their lives.

Supporting the Next Generation

Annur Centre remains committed to providing continuous support to its students, including mentorship, spiritual guidance, and opportunities for community engagement. The Centre recognizes the importance of fostering both academic success and character development, ensuring that students are prepared for higher education and leadership roles.

Community members and well-wishers are encouraged to offer du’a for these students as they embark on new endeavors, and to continue supporting Annur’s mission of educating and empowering youth across Cape Town.

Annur Centre’s Broader Projects

While education is at the core, Annur Centre is committed to multiple community-focused projects that impact lives across Cape Town and beyond. Here’s a snapshot of some of our ongoing initiatives:

1. Waqf Project

Our shopping centre waqf project is progressing beautifully. The main building is almost complete, and workers are diligently continuing with construction. This sustainable project aims to generate ongoing funding to support Annur’s educational and charitable programs — a lasting sadaqah jariyah for all contributors.

2. Support for Orphans & Students

Annur actively supports orphans and students, ensuring they have access to education, food, clothing, and mentorship. From Eid clothes distribution to daily school support, we aim to uplift every child and nurture their faith and confidence.

3. Masājid & Community Outreach

Annur works closely with local masājid like Masjiedul Quds, creating programs that strengthen community ties and celebrate unity. Recently, Masjiedul Quds honoured Annur Centre for its service to the community — a testament to our dedication and impact.

4. Youth & Da’wah Programs

Our Da’wah team and youth programs empower young Muslims to learn, volunteer, and lead with knowledge and sincerity. From lectures to mentoring, and from nasheed practices to outdoor team-building activities, Annur invests in holistic youth development.
